It integrates 'Big Data and AI' principles into O&M work, coining the term 'DataOps and AIOps' to describe its approach. The platform aims to help practitioners achieve efficient O&M through these methodologies. Inspired by Google's SRE concept, SREWorks provides an application-centric, one-stop SaaS management suite for cloud-native and DataOps/AIOps, focusing on enterprise application and resource management, as well as O&M development. It offers end-to-end DataOps closed-loop engineering methods, including standard O&M warehouses, data O&M platforms, and operation centers. The project addresses the lack of systematic O&M solutions in the cloud-native era by open-sourcing Alibaba's battle-tested platform, offering an out-of-the-box experience for O&M engineers.
