OpsPilot, developed by the WeOps team, is an open-source AI-powered intelligent operation and maintenance (O&M) assistant designed to centralize and enhance IT operations. It leverages deep learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) to function as an O&M brain, integrating with diverse existing O&M systems to provide intelligent support. The platform primarily offers three extended capabilities: Intelligent Q&A for answering operational queries, ChatOps for interactive command execution and system management through chat interfaces, and Intelligent Guidance for providing proactive advice and insights. OpsPilot supports various communication channels, including Web and enterprise WeChat, making it accessible for different operational workflows. Its core purpose is to automate and intellectualize IT operations, improving efficiency and responsiveness through AI-driven insights and interactive assistance. The project is inspired by other RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and LLM-based repositories, indicating its foundation in advanced conversational AI and information retrieval techniques for operational contexts. Note: The project has recently been merged into TencentBlueKing/bk-lite for continued development and maintenance.
